4Na2SO4 · 2H2O2 · NaCl is mainly used as a dyeing promoter and retarder in printing and dyeing formulations.
Use
Dyeing promoter: In the printing and dyeing process, it can be used as dyeing promoters to regulate the dyeing rate of dyes. They reduce the solubility of the dye in water, promote the binding of the dye to the fibers, and increase the dyeing rate, thereby reducing the amount of dye used and deepening the dyeing color.
Retarder: In the printing and dyeing process it also can be used as retarder for acid dyes and cationic dyes to dye wool and acrylic. They can reduce the adsorption rate of the dye by the fiber, and meet the requirements of uniform dyeing
Specific application scenarios
Direct dyes: Due to the low dyeing rate of direct dyes, adding sodium sulfate-hydrogen peroxide-sodium chloride adducts can reduce the solubility of the dye in water, promote the combination of dye and fiber, and improve the dyeing rate, thereby reducing the amount of dye and deepening the dyeing color.
Acid dyes and cationic dyes: When dyeing wool and acrylic, sodium sulfate-hydrogen peroxide-sodium chloride adducts can reduce the adsorption rate of fibers to dyes and meet the requirements of uniform dyeing.
How to use:
Dissolution: Sodium sulfate-hydrogen peroxide-sodium chloride adduct should be soluble in water before use, and can be added to the dye bath after filtration. Sodium sulfate-hydrogen peroxide-sodium chloride adducts are usually added after staining for a period of time to avoid uneven staining.
Dosage: The dosage depends on the coloring speed of the dye and the depth of the dyeing color. Do not add too much or too quickly to avoid uneven staining.
Through these uses and methods, 4Na2SO4 · 2H2O2 · NaCl plays an important role in the printing and dyeing process, improving the dyeing effect and product quality
